- To ensure all juniors are encouraged to reach their cricketing potential
- Foster an environment of support for the players, coaches and parents
- Have a transparent and a highly visible junior club structure that enables clear communication between the club and players
- To provide coaches and managers with resources to perform their roles
- To encourage a strong club spirit and a fair play attitude
· Expectations of your Junior Committee:
- That all players, coaches, managers and parents respect the junior club objectives
- That all issues are forwarded through Grade convenors so they can be addressed at a committee level
- To respect that all committee members are volunteers who have given up time to achieve the junior club objectives
